Precautions when using the capsule filling machine
1.Regularly check the connection status of the input shaft, output shaft and transmission parts of the cam indexer (such as couplings and pulleys) to ensure that there is no loosening or abnormal wear.
2. Special maintenance of cam indexer
Select special lubricating oil according to the instructions, and replace the lubricating oil after 1000 hours of first operation, and then every 3000 hours or once a year. Focus on lubricating the contact surface between the cam and the needle roller bearing to prevent excessive wear and tear leading to the deterioration of indexing accuracy. Before starting, it is necessary to confirm that the cam indexer is in a stationary position (the needle roller bearing stays in the straight position of the cam) to ensure that the self-locking function is effective and to avoid starting shock. Replace the oil plug with a perforated breather cap to balance the air pressure generated by friction inside the splitter and prevent oil leakage from damage to the oil seal.
3. Cleaning and precision control
Clean the surface of the cam indexer and surrounding debris weekly to avoid dust or drug residues obstructing the operation of the index plate. Regularly use professional tools to check the indexing accuracy, if there is reverse shock, abnormal vibration or unstable indexing (such as the number of intermittent is not consistent), it is necessary to stop the machine immediately to check the wear of cam and needle roller bearings.
4. Plexiglass parts (workbench board, medicine board) should be avoided from direct sunlight and close to high temperature, heavy objects should not be placed, and the medicine board must be placed vertically or flat to avoid deformation and damage.
5. After the work is completed every day, the residual drugs on the machine and the mold hole should be cleaned up, the whole machine should be kept clean and hygienic, and the water flow should be avoided to directly flush the cam indexer when cleaning, so as to prevent the loss of lubricating oil or the corrosion of parts, and wipe with compressed air or dust-free soft cloth. When disassembling and cleaning the mold, it is necessary to check the contact surface between the index plate and the cam simultaneously, and contact professionals to repair any scratches or worn.
