Automatic liquid filling machines are common on modern production lines because they run fast, meter accurately, handle several filling tasks and need little operator input. A machine builder or end user that orders a custom unit starts with a needs analysis. The customer defines the liquid, fill volume, fill speed, line layout and available space. The builder then prepares a design, manufactures the machine, installs and commissions it, and trains the operators. After-sales support covers scheduled maintenance and fault finding.
At the manufacturing stage, the filling valves, pistons, metering cylinders, nozzles and capping parts set the accuracy and reliability of the whole machine. Hansheng Automation produces these non-standard parts from customer drawings, for one-off parts and small batches. We set material, tolerance and surface finish according to the drawing and the liquid being filled.
Performance features
- High efficiency. Automatic control lets the machine fill at high speed. Compared with manual or semi-automatic filling, it raises output and reduces labor cost.
- High accuracy. A flow control system and metering device regulate liquid flow and fill volume. The machine holds accuracy and consistency with both high-viscosity and low-viscosity liquids.
- Multiple functions. The machine can fill a single liquid or a mixed liquid. It can also carry out capping, label application and other added operations.
- Simple operation. The human-machine interface lets the operator set parameters. The machine then runs the filling cycle automatically. The operator only monitors the run and checks that it stays normal.
- High reliability. Quality materials and controlled manufacturing processes give the machine stable long-term operation. This cuts downtime and repair cost on the line.
Customization process
- Needs analysis. Before customization, the customer defines the liquid type, fill volume, fill speed, line layout and space limits.
- Design proposal. The builder prepares a design based on those needs. The design covers the overall structure, control system and flow control device. The customer chooses the option that fits the site.
- Production. After the customer confirms the design, production begins. The builder uses suitable machining equipment and processes to hold machine quality and performance. This is where part-level customization matters. Valves, pistons, metering cylinders and capping parts must match the drawing and the liquid.
- Installation and commissioning. After production, engineers go to the site for installation and commissioning. They set and adjust the machine to the customer's requirements so it runs correctly.
- Training and after-sales service. Once installation and commissioning are complete, the builder trains the customer's operators on operation and maintenance. After-sales service includes scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting.
