The GCB4B four-pump inline defoaming filling machine is used in pharmaceutical, medical, food, chemical, and other industries. It fills tinctures, syrups, pastes, various wines, oils, water-based reagents, and general emulsions and suspensions. It is an automatic metering filling machine with good versatility and stability. It can replace manual filling and can be linked with other equipment for full automation.

Main technical parameters

  • Specification (capacity range): 50 to 500 ml
  • Output: 20 to 60 bottles/min, stepless speed control. Speed depends on capacity, liquid properties, and bottle shape
  • Packaging containers: large-mouth or small-mouth round bottles, square bottles, or other irregular glass, ceramic, metal, plastic bottles, cans, cups, etc. Maximum height 270 mm, radial size 100 mm, except inverted conical bottles
  • Metering error: ±0.5% to ±1%. The metering pump fills equal volume, based on solution properties
  • Number of nozzle heads: 4
  • Air pressure: 0.2 MPa
  • Total power: 1.5 kW
  • Dimensions: 640×1035×1600 mm, L×W×H

Working principle
The GCB4B four-pump inline defoaming filling machine consists of a bottle conveying mechanism and a filling mechanism. The bottle conveying mechanism uses a bottle conveyor motor to drive the belt and move empty bottles to the center of the filling station. A locating cylinder on one side of the filling station coordinates filling and cylinder action. After filling, the conveyor sends the bottles to the next process.

The filling mechanism is driven by a reducer through a chain drive, which then drives a crank connecting rod mechanism. This drives four metering pumps, or cylinders, to draw liquid from the storage tank and inject it into empty bottles on the conveyor. The four nozzle guides: before each fill, a locator aligns the bottle mouth with the nozzle center, then the nozzle inserts to the bottle bottom. A cam controls the swing arm so the nozzle rises with the liquid level during filling, achieving defoaming. Filling mechanism speed is steplessly controlled by a variable frequency drive.

Metering pumps, pistons, valve seats, nozzle guides, cam swing arms, conveyor brackets, and similar parts are precision machined parts. If these parts need replacement to drawing, we can machine single pieces or small batches from customer drawings. Hansheng Automation controls material, tolerances, and surface treatment to drawing. We focus on precision machined parts, not complete machines.

Beyond four-pump inline filling machine parts, our drawing-based custom machining also covers yacht precision parts, RC car precision parts, tobacco packaging machinery parts, and filling machinery parts. We can also machine non-standard parts to drawing for pharmaceutical packaging equipment, food machinery, and personal care filling lines. We machine single pieces and small batches to drawing for equipment builders and production lines. We focus on precision machined parts.
