The LP-300 high-speed bottle unscrambler handles the bottle unscrambling step in filling operations. It uses full touchscreen PLC control and automatic feeding, runs at 18,000 bottles per hour, and fits 50-1000 mL round bottles.
1. Working principle
Operators load bottles into the upper hopper. Material feeds automatically to the unscrambling turntable at a set speed. Centrifugal force from turntable rotation orients the bottles, and a reject device removes non-conforming bottles. The unscrambling section uses four-stage belt clamping and conveying, combined with bottle flipping and standing parts to complete orientation. Sensors monitor in real time, and the process runs automatically. If bottles jam, the machine detects it and stops, reducing manual intervention.
2. Performance features
Fully automatic control. A full touchscreen PLC control system supports one-touch operation, automatically adjusts unscrambling speed, detects jams, and stops automatically. An automatic alarm system shows the fault location in real time for quick troubleshooting.
Stable feeding and output. The automatic feeding system keeps unscrambling stable and alarms when bottles run out. Overall output reaches 18,000 bottles per hour.
Flexible fit. It handles 50-1000 mL round bottles, and changing product specifications requires no complex adjustment. The upper hopper holds 1.5 times the conventional volume, reducing manual loading frequency. It coordinates with the unscrambling turntable for gentle, accurate material transfer.
Durability. The main machine uses quality stainless steel and meets food-grade hygiene standards.
3. Structural features
Stainless steel body and upper hopper. The main machine is stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, and suited to long high-load operation. The upper hopper volume is 1.5 times the conventional design, matching storage capacity to unscrambling speed. Discharge is gentle, avoiding product damage.
Optimized unscrambling turntable. A larger turntable diameter increases bottle storage and feed efficiency. The optimized structure improves discharge stability. Automatic quantitative feeding dynamically balances the number of bottles in the turntable for continuous stable discharge. We can machine unscrambling turntables, four-stage belt clamping assemblies, bottle flipping and standing parts, and other components to customer drawings, for single pieces or small batches.
Four-stage unscrambling section. Upgraded from the classic structure to four stages, it links high-speed bottle infeed, unscrambling, and discharge with less risk of jamming.
4. Applications
The LP-300 connects to high-speed production lines or feeds two bottling lines at once through a dividing conveyor. It suits filling operations in beverages, pharmaceuticals, and daily chemicals. Its high speed and stability fit large-scale continuous production and ease the low efficiency and high cost of manual bottle unscrambling.
Beyond unscrambler parts, our precision component machining capability also covers non-standard parts for filling machinery, daily chemical packaging lines, and pharmaceutical packaging equipment, as well as precision structural parts for yachts and RC race cars. Hansheng Automation machines single pieces or small batches to customer drawings, with material, tolerance, and surface finish specified by the drawing.
