The LDG shell-and-tube multi-effect distilled water machine is an optimized distillation system designed for reliable production of high-purity distilled water. It offers simple operation, stable performance, compact structure, easy maintenance, high efficiency, and intelligent control.

The equipment adopts shell-and-tube falling-film evaporation technology, which significantly improves evaporation efficiency. Steam is reused across multiple effects, maximizing thermal energy utilization and reducing energy consumption. A special spiral four-stage separation device effectively removes pyrogens and particulates, ensuring that the produced distilled water meets pharmaceutical machinery industry standards and the requirements for water for injection specified in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China.

To maintain these performance characteristics, key components such as falling-film distribution plates, heating tube bundles, vapor-liquid separation internals, and connection flanges must be precisely matched to the operating pressure and flow conditions of each effect. Hansheng Automation can provide drawing-based precision machining for these non-standard parts, including single-piece and small-batch production, helping users maintain stable evaporation efficiency and separation performance.

The machine uses PLC programming or a full automatic touchscreen control system, enabling human-machine interaction, automatic recording, printing, monitoring, and automatic protection throughout the working process. It is widely used in hospitals, pharmaceutical plants, electronics manufacturing, research institutions, and other industries requiring high-quality distilled water.

During installation, capacity adjustment, or component replacement, non-standard adapters, instrument sockets, and piping fittings are often needed to match existing layouts. We can custom-machine these components according to customer-provided specifications, reducing downtime and supporting long-term operational reliability.
