  • Make sure the power supply voltage matches the machine requirements before use. Wrong voltage affects operation directly.
  • Check bolt tightness regularly. Tighten loose bolts. Check air line fittings for looseness or disconnection.
  • After work, cut power first. Wipe the machine surface, worktable, and nearby areas.
  • Check moving parts such as chains regularly. Clear faults promptly. Add lubricating oil on schedule. Apply machine oil or grease to gear meshing surfaces at set intervals. If chains, sprockets, guide wheels, peel plates, pressure rollers, brackets, or similar parts wear, we can machine single pieces or small batches from customer drawings. Hansheng Automation supports materials such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy, with tolerances and surface treatment controlled by the drawing. We focus on precision machined parts, not complete machines.
  • After 10 hours of continuous operation, stop for 30 minutes and do the daily maintenance above. This matters more for non-standard equipment. It reduces wear and extends service life.
  • For holidays or when the machine is idle, clean the machine and oil stains, then lubricate it.

Operating a machine to its requirements supports work efficiency. Good maintenance is a practical way to improve efficiency.

Beyond wire labeling machine parts, our drawing-based custom machining also covers wire harness processing equipment, cable marking equipment, food packaging lines, personal care filling equipment, electronics manufacturing tooling, yacht hardware, and RC car structural parts. We machine single pieces and small batches to drawing for equipment builders and production lines. We focus on precision machined parts.
