When a urea capping machine does not return to position, the cause is usually related to a mechanical structure problem or an electrical system fault. Operators can troubleshoot it in four steps. We can machine parts such as capping heads, drive gears, connecting rods, and sensor brackets according to customer drawings for repair and replacement. Hansheng Automation supports single-piece and small-batch custom production, with materials and surface treatments selected for the actual working conditions.

Check the Mechanical Structure
Operators should first rotate the capping head by hand and observe whether the movement path is blocked. Check the drive gears, connecting rods, and other parts for looseness, wear, or foreign objects that cause jamming. If screws are loose, operators should tighten them with tools. If parts are severely worn, such as gears with missing teeth, contact the manufacturer for replacement parts. If jamming occurs, operators should clean cap fragments and lubricate the key bearings.

Test the Electrical System
The return action depends on sensor signals and motor control. Operators should first check the infrared positioning sensor for dust or displacement, clean it with alcohol cotton, and then recalibrate its position. Check the motor wiring terminals for oxidation or loose connections, and test whether the motor runs normally without load. If the equipment has a PLC control module, operators should check whether the program indicator shows an error.

Reset and Debug Parameters
Operators should enter the parameter setting interface on the control panel, check whether the standby coordinate value is zero, and check whether the torque parameter exceeds the threshold and causes misjudgment. Operators should refer to the equipment manual to restore parameters such as positioning accuracy and return speed to factory settings. In test mode, operators should trigger the return action several times and observe whether the parameter feedback is stable.

Seek Professional Technical Support
If the above steps do not solve the problem, operators should record a video of the abnormal operation and note the fault frequency, for example, one failure to return in every 30 capping cycles. Operators should use the information on the equipment nameplate to contact the original manufacturer's after-sales service, and provide the model number and error code if available. Maintenance personnel usually analyze the control log remotely or bring replacement parts to the site for repair.

Beyond parts for urea capping machines, our custom precision parts machining capability also serves several industries. Hansheng Automation can machine filling machinery parts, printing machinery parts, tobacco packaging machinery parts, and yacht precision parts to drawings. We also machine non-standard parts for RC car precision components, food machinery, and medical devices. We machine to drawings with attention to dimensional consistency and delivery responsiveness.
