1. Before installation, please confirm whether the motor and servo planetary gearbox are in good condition, and check whether the dimensions of each part connected to the motor and reducer match.
2. Rotate the screws on the outer dust hole of the flange of the planetary gearbox, adjust the clamping ring of the PCS system so that its side hole is aligned with the dust hole, and insert it into the hexagon inner hex to tighten. Then, remove the motor shaft key. Before installation, wipe the anti-rust oil at the connection of the motor input shaft, positioning boss and reducer with gasoline or zinc-sodium water.
3. Connect the motor with the reducer naturally. When connecting, it is necessary to ensure that the concentricity of the output shaft of the reducer and the input shaft of the motor is consistent, and the external flanges of the two are parallel to prolong the service life and obtain the ideal transmission efficiency and low noise. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to use a hammer during installation to prevent excessive damage to the bearings or gears caused by axial or radial forces. Be sure to tighten the bolts before installing them.
4. The servo planetary gearbox should be flexible and free of stagnation after installation. Before starting, the connecting screws should be tightened, the no-load test should not be less than 2 hours, the operation should be stable, there should be no shock, vibration, noise and oil leakage, and should be eliminated in time. Regularly inspect fasteners for loose fittings to ensure proper operation.
