When selecting a hollow rotary actuator, we need users to provide the following information:
1, Total weight of loading
2, Diameter of turntable
3, Maximum speed, or how many seconds and angles to rotate
4, Installation method, (vertical, horizontal or suspension)
At the same time, we also need to understand the customer's application conditions.
If there is an eccentric working condition, please tell us the eccentricity and other information.
If there are drawings or application pictures or videos, it will be helpful for accurate selection.
After obtaining the above information, our engineers can perform calculations based on these parameters to select the appropriate model reduction ratio, and adapted motor model.
