The planetary gearbox is based on a power transmission mechanism that lowers motor revolutions to the required count by means of a gear speed converter, therefore obtaining a higher torque mechanism.
Methods to lower the planetary gearbox's failure
Special nylon sleeves will help to replace all the ball bearings on both sides of the motor main shaft, therefore preventing bearing breakage and disintegration.
Install an anti-loosening tool. Process the 2mm x 20mm iron plate into a round hoop, wrap the reducer spring pressure cap of 182 motors with an iron hoop and tighten it with screws, so preventing the loosening of the reducer spring pressure cap screw plug.
Change the thicker coupling to close the distance between it and the main shaft. Every one of the 182 motors in the field has complete replacement and regular checking for connections.

Use the marshaling stop time to do practical exercises to verify whether staff members satisfy the criteria stated in the standardized operating procedures. Organize employees to conduct special studies on the daily maintenance, centralized maintenance procedures and quality criteria of the planetary gearbox.
Change the thick screws and raise the count of screws. Remove the 4 5mm screws of the original motor cam box, re-drill and tap the base, replace them with 6mm screws, and add 2 screws on both sides of the cam box so the spindle won't slide anymore.
