Firstly, replacing all the ball bearings on both sides of the main shaft of the planetary gearbox motor with dedicated nylon sleeves can eliminate the occurrence of bearing breakage and disassembly
Secondly, install anti loosening devices. Process a 2mm × 20mm iron plate into a circular hoop, wrap the reducer spring cap of the motor with an iron hoop and tighten it with screws, so that the screw plug of the reducer spring cap will not loosen.

Thirdly, replace the thickened coupling to reduce its clearance with the main shaft. Replace the coupling of the motor comprehensively and conduct regular inspections.
Fourthly, organize employees to conduct specialized learning on the daily maintenance, centralized inspection procedures, and quality standards of planetary reducers, and use the formation stopping time for practical exercises to check whether they comply with the standardized operating procedures and standards.
Fifth, replace the coarse screws and increase the number of screws. Remove the 4 5mm screws from the original motor cam box, re drill and tap on the base, replace them with 6mm screws, and add 2 screws on both sides of the cam box to prevent the spindle from moving and ensure good contact between the cam contacts.
Sixth, try not to knock on the shaft head of the planetary gearbox during installation to avoid loosening the ruler wheel inside the gearbox.
