The annual maintenance cycle for a die bonder is once per year, mainly involving deep maintenance of specific components such as the turbine. For dedicated tooling and non-standard replacement parts required during turbine disassembly and cleaning in annual maintenance, Hansheng Automation provides single-piece or small-batch precision machining based on customer drawings.
