High-precision cam divider, also known as cam indexer or intermittent divider, is currently the most precise, reliable and stable intermittent transmission mechanism in the world. This mechanism converts continuous input motion into intermittent indexing motion.

So, what is the curved motion of the cam divider? Let's listen to the introduction from the technical engineer of Hansheng Automation, a cam divider manufacturer. There are three main types of standard curves for high-precision cam dividers:

1. Deformation constant velocity curve (MCV50): suitable for low speed and heavy load.

2. Deformed trapezoidal curve (MT): suitable for high speed and light load.

3. Deformed Sinusoidal (MS): Suitable for medium/high speed and medium loads.

When connecting the input and output shafts of the cam divider, ensure axial alignment and avoid any play. Connection methods such as gears, couplings, pulleys, sprockets or circular turntables can be used. According to the application scenarios of different factories, the input shaft can be equipped with positioning cams and sensors, brakes, electromagnetic clutches, etc., while the output shaft can be equipped with a torque limiter.
