Mechanical parts in pharmaceutical plants are mainly divided into five major categories, covering power, conveying, filtration, sealing, and fluid control functions.
1. Power Transmission Parts
Provide core power for pharmaceutical equipment to ensure stable operation, mainly including motors and gearboxes/reducers.
2. Conveying Parts
Responsible for transferring materials between various production stages. Commonly used parts include conveyor belts and screw conveyor blades.
3. Filtration Parts
Used for purifying medicinal liquids, air, process water, etc., to ensure product purity. Key parts are filter cartridges and filter screens.
4. Sealing Parts
Prevent material leakage and cross‑contamination, ensuring a clean production environment. Mainly include sealing strips and O‑rings/sealing rings.
5. Valve Parts
Precisely control the flow rate, pressure, and direction of fluids in pipelines. Common types include ball valves, butterfly valves, and globe valves.
