Corrugated box converting lines: Dongfang Precision FFG (output 22,000 boxes/day)

5. Auxiliary Equipment

UV dryers: Gaozhen GT-UV (power 15 kW)

Inspection machines: Luster (inspection speed 300 m/min)

Logistics robots: Siasun SR10C (load capacity 1,000 kg)

In actual production, the reliability of these machines also depends on the precision of non-standard parts such as die-cutting plates, gripper bars, and creasing wheels. We provide custom machining of such components from customer drawings or samples, including single-piece and small-batch orders.
