Cam indexing devices are divided into the following types based on their appearance and usage characteristics. Customers can choose the indexing device that suits them according to their usage requirements.
1. Spindle DS type indexing device: The output end face is a typical traditional spindle shape, suitable for driving situations connected by couplings, coupling plates, sprockets, gears, synchronous wheels, etc;
2. Flat PU type indexing device: The output end is a typical traditional spindle shape, and its output torque is greater than that of the same model of spindle DS type indexing device, which is more suitable for high torque driving situations;
3. Flange DF and DFH type dividers: The output end face is a flange type flat surface with a flange center, and the disk surface has screw holes, positioning and pin holes. The fixed connection surface is larger, making the connection more solid and firm, suitable for rotary disc drive situations with large loads. The center requires a through-hole and can choose a hollow DFH type divider;
4. Platform desktop DT type index: The output end face is a flange type flat surface. Compared to the same model of flange DF type indexing device, the flange surface is larger, the fixed turntable is more secure, the output torque is greater, and it is more suitable for heavy loads and high torque applications. Compared to DFH type dividers, the intermediate through-hole is larger and the through-hole is non rotating and stationary;
5. Ultra thin platform desktop DA type dividers: Compared to platform desktop DT type dividers, their height is relatively small, making them suitable for use in situations with space and location requirements;
