The multifunctional extraction tank is a high-efficiency extraction device designed specifically for Chinese medicinal materials. It adopts a dynamic working method and is especially suitable for decoction, extraction, and hot reflux processes using water or organic solvents as the medium under stirring conditions. A major advantage is its ability to simultaneously recover volatile oil components during extraction, significantly improving the extraction efficiency of active ingredients from large batches of medicinal materials.
The equipment also features notable energy-saving performance. Through a closed circulating system design, energy utilization is more economical. It can flexibly handle both atmospheric pressure extraction and low-temperature extraction under pressure. Process methods such as water extraction, alcohol extraction, or volatile oil extraction can be customized by Chinese medicine manufacturers according to the characteristics and performance requirements of the drugs, ensuring the extraction process is accurate and thorough. With its high efficiency, energy saving, and flexibility, the multifunctional extraction tank provides reliable technical support for Chinese medicine extraction, ensures a high concentration of active ingredients in the extract, and is an important tool in modern Chinese medicine processing.
Extended information
The extraction tank is a commonly used leaching and extraction device in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, particularly suitable for leaching and extracting components contained in plant products. Its structure includes a tank body, with a screw propeller or rotary propeller installed axially inside the tank and connected to a rotating shaft disc outside the tank. The extraction tank usually consists of a group of inclined horizontal continuous countercurrent leaching extraction single tanks, with the discharge port of one connected to the feed port of another to form a communicating vessel. Each single tank has a feed port at the upper part of the lower end and a residual liquid outlet at the lower part; the upper end of the tank body has a liquid inlet or exhaust port at the top and a discharge port at the bottom.
For key components of multifunctional extraction tanks, such as tank bodies, screw propellers, rotary propellers, rotating shaft discs, feed and discharge ports, and connecting pipelines, we can provide precision custom machining according to customer design drawings or samples. We select suitable stainless steel materials and control fit accuracy to meet the long-term stable operation requirements of Chinese medicine extraction equipment under stirring, heating, reflux, and solvent contact conditions.
