Rotary tablet presses, with their rational powder feeding structure, can stably control tablet weight variation within a relatively small range. At the same time, they employ simultaneous upper and lower bidirectional compression, resulting in more uniform pressure distribution and effectively reducing issues such as loose or cracked tablets. In terms of production efficiency, a 55-station dual-flow model can achieve a capacity of up to 500,000 tablets per hour, while the highest-output models currently available exceed 800,000 tablets per hour. Fully automatic models can also identify and automatically reject defective tablets with missing corners, looseness, or cracks online, further ensuring the quality of finished products.
The realization of these high-performance features highly depends on the precision and reliability of key components such as punches, dies, pressure rollers, and powder feeding mechanisms. We can perform single-piece or small-batch precision machining of specialized parts for rotary tablet presses based on the design drawings provided by customers, strictly controlling tolerances and surface quality to help customers quickly obtain non-standard parts that match the performance requirements of their equipment.
