6061-T6 aluminum alloy

Characteristic

It has medium strength, good corrosion resistance, weldability, excellent oxidation resistance, superior processing performance, high-precision machining capability, and good dimensional stability.

Application

It is widely used in automotive parts, bicycle frames, sporting goods, aerospace fixtures, electrical fixtures, mechanical structural components, etc.

7075-T6 aluminum alloy

Characteristic

High strength, second only to some steel alloys, good wear resistance, strong corrosion resistance, good oxidation resistance, but relatively difficult to process and expensive.

Application

It is commonly used in aerospace, military industry, high-intensity entertainment equipment, automotive frames, rock climbing equipment, mold manufacturing, and other fields that require extremely high strength.

2024-T4 aluminum alloy

Characteristic

Medium to high strength, good fatigue resistance and fracture toughness, sensitive to thermal shock, prone to generating fine chips during machining, suitable for machining complex parts, but poor corrosion resistance, requiring surface treatment.

Application

Primarily used in the aerospace industry, such as aircraft fuselages and wing tension members, it is also used in automotive parts, structural components, etc.

5052 aluminum alloy

Characteristic

Strong corrosion resistance, good tolerance to marine, saltwater, and industrial environments, not suitable for strengthening through heat treatment, good processing performance in the hard tempering state, and high surface finish.

Application

It is commonly used in marine equipment, chemical containers, ship components, vehicle shells, and other applications where high corrosion resistance is required.

5083 aluminum alloy

Characteristic

It exhibits extremely strong corrosion resistance, maintaining stability in seawater and industrial chemical environments. It has excellent low-temperature performance, cannot be strengthened through heat treatment, and possesses relatively high strength among non-heat-treatable aluminum alloys.

Application

Suitable for low-temperature equipment, marine engineering, pressure equipment, chemical equipment, welded structures, etc.

6082 aluminum alloy

Characteristic

High tensile strength, good corrosion resistance, good weldability and thermal conductivity, but difficult to process thin-walled parts.

Application

It is commonly used in the construction field, such as bridges, towers, and trusses. It is also used for general structural components that require high toughness.

1000 series pure aluminum (such as 1050, 1060)

Characteristic

High purity aluminum (≥99%), excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, relatively low price, but low strength and general corrosion resistance.

Application

Primarily used in the electrical industry, such as in wire and cable, heat sinks, electronic component housings, and other fields where high conductivity and thermal conductivity are required.

3003 aluminum alloy

Characteristic

Excellent rust resistance, moderate strength, good machinability, and strength can be enhanced through cold working.

Application

Commonly used in household appliances, kitchen equipment, water tanks, architectural decoration, chemical equipment, and other applications where corrosion resistance and processability are required.
