Syrup filling machines combine a high level of automation, a practical structure, simple operation, sanitary design, accurate metering, and multiple functions.

High automation and integrated steps
The machine handles bottle arranging, bottle feeding, quantitative filling, cap sorting, cap feeding, and cap sealing in one line. This gives automatic production from bottle to finished package. An automatic induction capping unit and a vacuum drip preventer reduce manual work and raise output. An 8 m variable-frequency conveyor can change speed to match production demand and keep steps connected. Hansheng Automation machines non-standard parts for these systems from customer drawings, such as filling nozzles, valve bodies, capping parts, and metering components. We handle one-off parts and small batches.

Simple and practical structure
The design follows proven overseas technology and is compact and easy to maintain. A touchscreen HMI works with PLC control. The operator can set fill volume and adjust parameters without long training. Mechanical sealing plus vacuum suck-back gives double drip protection. This keeps liquid off the line and the work area clean.

Sanitary and safe design
Parts that contact the product are made of 316 stainless steel or PTFE. They resist corrosion and clean easily. Food-grade pipes and quick couplings handle high temperature and high pressure. The machine supports clean-in-place (CIP) to disinfect the inside of the piping and prevent cross contamination. It does not fill when no bottle is present or when a bottle is missing. It also counts filled bottles. These functions support safe production.

Accurate metering with low error
A high-precision volumetric flow meter works with PLC control. The filling error stays at or below ±0.5%, which meets strict dose requirements in pharmaceutical and food production. Two-speed filling runs fast at the start and slows near the end. This keeps speed and accuracy in balance.

Multiple functions and strong adaptability
The machine fills high-viscosity fluids such as syrup and tinctures. It can also be set up for lubricating oil and edible oil. Variable-frequency speed control lets the operator match fill speed to product viscosity. Pipes can be removed quickly for cleaning, which shortens changeover between products and reduces idle time.

Simple operation and low maintenance cost
The touchscreen shows production data, so the operator can check machine status quickly. The mechanical seal structure uses fewer wear parts. A vacuum suck-back unit also helps extend service life. Modular design makes fault finding and repair faster and lowers long-term cost.
