Manufacturing Process & Quality Assurance
We have a complete product production process, divided into four stages, and all links are completed by our internal factory.
Precision Gravity Casting
Near-net-shape blanks are produced via gravity casting with a specified dimensional tolerance of ±0.03 mm.
CNC Turning & Milling
Critical mating surfaces are finish-machined on Taesin CNC Milling Centers and Brother CNC Lathes to a final tolerance of ±0.005 mm.
Antirust Coating Application
A high-adhesion, multi-layer antirust coating is applied via multi-pass spray and heat-cure cycles. This layered treatment process ensures uniform coating coverage and effectively resists temperature cycling fluctuations and chemical erosion commonly found in tobacco processing environments, preventing coating peeling.
Dimensional Inspection & Functional Testing
Before shipment, each batch is verified on dedicated gear and part inspection equipment. Functional transmission tests confirm that pitch accuracy, link articulation, and coating integrity all meet specification.
