Our Toothed Belt is manufactured using a "material + process" dual-insurance approach. The core material is high-strength polyurethane (PU) or nitrile rubber (NBR), with internal tensile fibers (optional glass fiber, aramid, or steel wire). This is why our Toothed Belt is extremely resilient and durable.

 

High abrasion resistance, capable of operating at high speeds on CNC machines for up to 50,000 cycles, with wear of less than 0.02 per 1,000 hours, eliminating the need for frequent replacements.

 

Resistant to oil contamination, suitable for "oil-intensive" environments such as food packaging lines and automotive assembly workshops.

 

Resistant to aging and temperature fluctuations, it can operate normally from -30°C to 120°C, making it suitable for outdoor agricultural sorting machines and high-temperature workshop equipment, with a typical service life of over 8,000 hours;

Q: How to choose the right material for a toothed belt?

A: For the food/medical industry, choose polyurethane (clean and non-toxic); for areas with heavy oil contamination (such as automotive assembly), use nitrile rubber; for environments with large temperature fluctuations (-30°C to 120°C), select a belt with EPDM added.

Q: How long can our toothed belt last?

A: Under normal use (load not exceeding 80% of the rated capacity, temperature 20-80°C), it can last over 8,000 hours. If the tooth surface wear is checked every 3 months, it can last an additional 30% longer.

Q: How should it be maintained?

A: Avoid exposure to strong acids or alkalis, as this can cause damage; adjust the tension to 5-8% of the rated value, as excessive tension can lead to wear; clean the teeth slots of dust and debris monthly, especially for printing machine applications, to prevent jamming.
