Manufacturing Process of Steel Housings

Raw Material & Rough Shaping
Certified high-grade ductile iron (QT500/600) or premium carbon steel (C45/40Cr) is selected. Billets are ultrasonically inspected to ensure no internal defects. Rough shapes are produced via precision casting or forging, providing a sound metallurgical foundation.
Stress-Relieving Heat Treatment
