Recently, at the 2024 China Mobile Partner Conference, ZTE released the 5G-A multi-dimensional NE intelligent experience solution, which improves the experience and accurate guarantee of specific user services by introducing 5G-A network intelligence capabilities, and carried out field commercial testing and verification in Xinyang, Henan Province. This release not only demonstrates ZTE's technological leadership in network intelligence, but also marks a new stage in the gradual integration of network development and AI.

During the exhibition, a demonstration activity was carried out with cloud gaming business, demonstrating to the public the improvement of cloud gaming experience based on network intelligence. Cloud gaming is a gaming service delivered over the internet that allows users to run games on remote servers and then stream game footage to the user's device in real-time. Therefore, the cloud gaming business has very high network requirements, which rely on a high-speed and stable Internet connection to transmit a large amount of data.

ZTE uses the intelligent capabilities of the 5G-A network to improve and ensure the end-to-end experience of user services, and it can be seen that in the case of high load on the mobile network, problems such as lag and blur will occur when using the terminal to experience cloud gaming normally, which greatly affects the user experience. By providing specific guarantees for cloud gaming users after signing contracts, the mobile network intelligently adjusts resource allocation to ensure that users can obtain sufficient resources to support a smooth business experience, ensure that the cloud gaming service screen flow is free of lag, the image quality can be maintained at the original picture level, the latency is optimized by 18%, the speed is increased by 25%, and the user experience is significantly improved.

With the advent of the 5G-A era, ZTE actively embraces new technologies and continues to explore the application of network intelligence technology in innovative scenarios, helping operators develop more diverse business modes and continuously unleash 5G-A kinetic energy.
