Zhongke Huiyuan, with nine years of experience in industrial quality inspection, unveiled its flagship product, CASIVIBOT, at its inaugural press conference. This robot, built around embodied intelligence, collaborates through its "eyes" (a three-camera multispectral sensing system enabling micron-level inspection), its "hands" (a robotic arm with switchable, flexible grippers for autonomous obstacle avoidance), and its "brain" (a proprietary "Smart Brain" AI platform leveraging a million-level defect database for small sample transfer). This robot overcomes the bottlenecks of traditional AOI equipment, which often require fixed boundaries and long lead times.

On-site demonstrations demonstrated that the robot can complete 360° inspection of bottle labeling and inspect automotive motor stators in less than 5 seconds, achieving efficiency and stability comparable to manual inspection. Leveraging the Jianyun Platform, it enables "single-machine training, group deployment," supporting rapid reuse across factories. Its modular design allows for on-demand hardware replacement. Combined with cloud-based management, it is expected to shift quality inspection services from hardware procurement to a leasing model, lowering the barrier to entry for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to adopt intelligent manufacturing.
Reportedly, the technology behind this product won the CVPR 2025 Industrial Vision Challenge and has been applied to various fields, including 3C electronics and automotive. Zhongke Huiyuan has also launched a global partner program to build an embodied intelligent quality inspection ecosystem. As General Manager Zhang Wujie stated, this breakthrough has the potential to make "intelligent inspection" a core force in on-demand intelligent manufacturing.
