At 20:00 on August 14, the world's first personal robot sports event kicked off at the National Speed Skating Hall "Ice Ribbon". At the opening ceremony, the world's first humanoid robot street dance troupe was unveiled, performing "Welcome to the World of Carbon-based Life" with Liu Yuxin, a member of the old dance troupe of my country's "Beiwutang" and performing arts star, on the same stage as Liu Yuxin, a member of the old dance troupe of China, and the human-machine dance kicked off; the "Cyber Band" composed of robots also performed instruments such as electric guitars and drums, showing the creativity of the integration of technology and art.
The sports meet attracted 280 teams and more than 500 robots from 16 countries, covering 26 events and 487 games. The schedule lasts from August 15 to 17. There are two competition units every day, and many gold medals will be produced, including track and field, football, martial arts, industrial scene material processing, etc., of which 4 gold medals will be produced on the morning of the 15th, and the closing ceremony will be held after the final on the afternoon of the 17th.
All events are held in the National Speed Skating Hall, 21 events are located in the FOP area, and 5 events are located in the corridor and the east square. The peripheral competition of the corridor is convenient for the audience to watch the game up close and interact with human-machine, allowing the public to intuitively experience the technical strength of human-shaped robots in sports, services and other scenarios.
