After being released to the public in the spring of this year, this intelligent "Luban" has undergone 160,000 square meters and multi-project pilot testing, and finally embarked on the road of large-scale application.
What is an intelligent water spraying robot? Generally, before the delivery of a new house, there are several tests to be passed, and drenching is one of them. However, the artificial water spraying test has a small amount of water and low water pressure, which can only simulate conventional rainwater, which is why some houses will have water seepage from doors and windows during heavy rains.
The traditional watering test also does not have a full coverage of parts such as windowless areas, gables, cantilevers, etc. Moreover, in a traditional test, it takes eight workers 7 to 10 days to complete a whole building spray test.
The intelligent high-pressure sprinkler robot of Erjian Group realizes the automation and intelligence of the spraying operation through the intelligent sprinkler control system, with a maximum width of 14 meters (8 meters at the corner) and a height of 3 meters, and the pressure of the spraying outlet can reach 0.5-1.2 megapascals, which can simulate the effect of typhoons and rainstorms, and can also automatically climb obstacles to adapt to various exterior walls.
Relying on intelligent equipment, intelligent IoT and other technologies, the robot can complete various instructions in 10 milliseconds through background control.

Through high-intensity repeated application, the intelligent water spraying robot has been updated and iterated to the third generation, and has completed more than 160,000 square meters of detection area so far. The detection efficiency and testing level are constantly improving.
Now, with only 4-6 people, two 20-storey buildings can be tested in 7 days.
