According to the relevant person in charge of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology, according to the three-year action plan for the cultivation and construction of the Qin Chuangyuan Industrial Innovation Cluster, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology agreed to build the Qin Chuangyuan Robot Industry Innovation Cluster after demonstration. The robot industry innovation cluster area is coordinated by the Xi'an Municipal Government, the Management Committee of Fengdong New Town of Xixian New Area is jointly built by the Beilin District Government and the Weiyang District Government, and Xi'an Jiaotong University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an University of Technology, etc. participate in the construction, forming a spatial layout of "one district and two bases". Fengdong New Town, Xixian New District, focuses on building a highland for the research and development of robot application scenarios and key components, Beilin District focuses on building a robot R&D and innovation highland, and Weiyang District focuses on building a robot manufacturing R&D base.
Qin Chuangyuan Robot Industry Innovation Cluster will promote the high-quality development of the robot industry in Shaanxi Province through innovation leadership, resource sharing, dislocation development, and collaborative linkage. The Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology will establish a provincial, municipal, and district linkage mechanism, and adopt the "one district, one policy" approach to support the construction of agglomeration areas, and at the same time require the construction units of agglomeration areas to conscientiously implement the main responsibility, strengthen responsibility, carefully organize, and coordinate linkage, and promote the integration of "four chains" through industrial focus, policy cohesion, factor aggregation, and project aggregation, accelerate the cultivation of new quality productivity, and provide strong support for the construction of a modern industrial system with Shaanxi characteristics.
Liu Bo, deputy director of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, introduced that in recent years, the top-level design of the robot industry chain in Shaanxi Province has continued to improve, a special work class has been established, work rules have been issued, an expert team has been formed, and the "Shaanxi Robot Industry Chain Improvement Plan (2024-2027)" and industrial map have been formulated. At present, the Shaanxi robot industry chain covers the manufacturing of humanoid robots, warehousing and logistics robots, special robots, surface robots, and medical robots to core parts manufacturing enterprises such as reducers, micromotors, and sensors. Shaanxi Province is accelerating towards a nationally renowned robot industry base with leading technology research and development strength, outstanding machine manufacturing characteristics, obvious advantages in key core component industries and novel business models.
