Against the backdrop of global climate change and energy transition, the construction of new power systems has entered an important stage of accelerated development. With the large-scale application of renewable energy, the popularization of intelligent management, and the continuous emergence of new technologies, the power industry has ushered in a convergence point of change and challenges.

When manufacturers in the industry chain are seeking solutions on the road of energy transformation, Schneider Electric, as the builder and enabler of the new power system, takes innovation driven as the solution approach, covers the entire scenario of "source, grid, load, and storage" with innovative solutions and leading full life cycle service capabilities, and helps power system construction move towards green, low-carbon, and high-quality development.

Innovation is the core of promoting the construction of new power systems and cultivating new quality productivity in the power industry, "said Zhang Haiqiong, Vice President of the Product Marketing Department of Schneider Electric's Energy Management Low Voltage Business. Through continuous investment in electrification and digital R&D resources, as well as an agile innovation R&D system, Schneider Electric can keenly capture changes in market demand and quickly push products to the market.

Accelerate localization innovation

At the recent EP Power Show, the all-new TeSys Deca high current contactor, the new generation of air circuit breaker EasyPact MVS, and other software and hardware products that made a heavyweight appearance can be regarded as representatives of Schneider Electric's localized innovation.

The newly released TeSys Deca high current contactor continues the excellent quality of Schneider Electric's century old TeSys series. With its unique protection technology and patented rust prevention technology, it can provide comprehensive solutions such as efficient control, green energy saving, safety and reliability, and convenient installation in complex environments, injecting new impetus into the industry's green and low-carbon development.
In Zhang Haiqiong's view, "whether it is the TeSys Deca high current contactor or the TeSys Giga launched three years ago, they all stem from Schneider Electric's deep insight into the local market's demand for energy conservation, emission reduction, and carbon reduction." As the "heart" and major energy consumer of modern industry, motors are a key link in achieving energy conservation, carbon reduction, and new quality development in the industrial field. TeSys Giga, TeSys Deca, and others achieve motor energy efficiency upgrades through precise control of motors. After testing, the new TeSys Deca series high current contactors have reduced the power consumption of the main circuit by 40% and the coil power consumption by 50%. They can also adapt to mainstream high-efficiency motors such as IE3 and IE4 in the market, and meet the GB 21518-2022 Level 2 energy efficiency standard, providing key technical support for green energy conservation in the industry.

The EasyPact MVS series products have been first applied to Schneider Electric's "end-to-end lighthouse factory" in Wuxi, which specializes in lean manufacturing and digital transformation. It is reported that this series will be gradually launched in markets such as East Asia and the Middle East next year, becoming a vivid example of the strategy of "serving China in China and benefiting the world in China".
