Its shape resembles an industrial-grade sweeping robot, with a long pole erected on the top, and several high-definition cameras distributed on the pole to take photos of the status of the substation screen cabinet.
In this laboratory, the technician taps the "one-key intelligent detection" on the screen, and the simple robot starts immediately, and completes actions such as moving, patrolling, and image return according to the preset instructions. Half an hour later, a detailed "electronic medical examination report" is automatically generated on the platform.
This is the "sharp weapon" of simple robot network access detection just completed and put into operation by State Grid Hubei Electric Power Co., Ltd. - the country's first simple robot network access protocol intelligent detection platform in substation. The platform can simulate the substation intelligent patrol master station to send control instructions or patrol tasks to the simple robot, and realize the automatic detection of the robot's network access protocol by intelligently tracking the robot's action execution.
It is understood that the simple robot in the substation is mainly used for equipment inspection, data collection, image shooting and other work in the substation, and is one of the important innovative equipment for State Grid Hubei Electric Power Co., Ltd. to realize the digital intelligent operation and maintenance system of the substation. Relying on the intelligent detection platform, State Grid Hubei Electric Power Co., Ltd. has sorted out and compiled 13 detection use cases and 137 detection steps such as "simple robot ontology control detection" and "simple robot task issuance detection" according to the daily inspection tasks and actions of simple robots in the substation room, which can realize a full set of automatic detection of robot automatic charging, one-key accurate start, photo and video, data collection and backhaul and other functions. The detection platform also has practical functions such as flexible configuration, manual itemized debugging, one-key intelligent detection, automatic report issuance, and whole-process management, which greatly improves the efficiency of simple robot network access detection.
"In the past, the simple robot network access detection was carried out manually one by one, and the manufacturer and substation operation and maintenance personnel had to go to the substation site to carry out, and it took at least a week to go back and forth to debug when encountering problems." Rao Wei, senior engineer of the Energy Internet Technology Center of the Electric Power Research Institute of State Grid Hubei Electric Power Co., Ltd., said that now, as long as the manufacturer sends the robot to the laboratory for testing, it can not only be intelligently detected with one click, but also accurately find the cause of the nonconformity, and guide the manufacturer to quickly rectify the procedure. It only takes 35 minutes for a single robot to complete the entire protocol detection.
It is reported that since the intelligent detection platform was put into operation, State Grid Hubei Electric Power Co., Ltd. has completed a total of 18 simple robot sample testing from different manufacturers.
