A three-dimensional inspection matrix addresses industry pain points

 

The three generations of products on display establish a comprehensive "land-air" inspection system. The third-generation explosion-proof quadruped robot, the X3 Stable, leverages a unique dynamic balancing algorithm to overcome obstacles up to 200mm and wade through 300mm of water, enabling 24-hour all-terrain inspections at CNPC oilfields. Explosion-proof wheeled robots, with a matrix of high, medium, and low protection levels, cover diverse scenarios from plant areas to pipeline corridors. The new explosion-proof rail-mounted robot extends rail inspections to high-risk areas for the first time. Its IP66 protection and multi-explosion-proof design allow for stable operation at an altitude of 10 meters along a pre-set track. Equipped with 468 intelligent algorithms (including meter recognition and leak detection), it triples the inspection efficiency of a single piece of equipment, making it particularly suitable for areas traditionally difficult to reach, such as reactor towers and tank tops.

During this year's Smart Expo, Qiteng not only offered live demonstrations of its new products but also set up a "High-Risk Scenario Digital Twin Cabin," where visitors could control the quadruped robot through a simulated oil field through VR, experiencing the bionic charm of its stable traversal on slopes of ≤30°. For customers unable to attend the event, the company simultaneously launched a multi-platform livestream, disassembling the rail-hanging robot in real time, detailing technical details such as its explosion-proof sealing process and the track docking accuracy (±2mm). Notably, Chongqing Metro Line 9's "Smart Expo Special Train" has launched, allowing passengers to preview Qi Teng's new products through dynamic posters within the carriages.
