On June 27, two 15-ton indoor and outdoor heavy-duty AGVs tailored by Shandong Pengxiang Automobile Co., Ltd. of Northeast Industrial Group for an enterprise in the nuclear field passed the requirements of various testing standards and passed the customer test and evaluation by remote video.
In this project, AGV is used for the transfer of heavy and special materials, and the transfer process is completely unmanned. In the process of loading and unloading, the AGV dispatching system and the crane interact with each other according to a specific communication protocol to realize the automation and seamless connection of the loading and unloading process. In addition, as a transfer equipment for special scenarios, the project has made stricter requirements for the product quality, vehicle performance, and appearance of the AGV. After rigorous design and commissioning, the scientific and technological personnel of Pengxiang Company finally developed a high-performance heavy-duty AGV product with low failure rate, high precision, large load, and tooling customization for the project.
Pengxiang company's heavy-duty AGV has been adhering to the concept of "casting Pengxiang brand with precision and achieving customers with ingenuity" from design and development, production and manufacturing to offline commissioning, guided by customer needs, and the ultimate goal is to provide customers with military-quality AGV products.
