With the development of industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing, the demand for efficient and precise motor drive technology is constantly increasing. Flat wire motors have shown great potential in various fields such as new energy vehicles and industrial automation due to their high efficiency, high power density, and excellent heat dissipation performance. At the same time, as a precision driving device, the flat wire motor has very high precision requirements in the production and assembly process.
In the keynote speech, Le Congwei shared the core technology and implementation value of Omron in hair clip forming machines, twisting machines, and paper insertion machines. By leveraging Omron's core technology in the field of flat wire motors, we aim to achieve the goals of high-speed, high-precision production, and high automation rates in the stator assembly line of flat wire motors.
In the process of forming hair clips, Lecongwei stated that Omron adopts an overall solution of NJ series PLC and 1S servo, which successfully solves the problem of poor consistency in hair clip forming under high-speed operation, ensures forming quality, and promotes the next-generation upgrade of high-speed hair clip forming machines. For twist machines, Omron's NX series products, combined with twist wire models and algorithms, not only improve the consistency of the twist, but also reduce rebound deformation, thereby improving production efficiency. For the paper insertion machine, Omron uses NX series and 1S servo equipped with 3G3MX2 frequency converter, effectively addressing issues such as frequent changes in paper insertion length and slow paper insertion speed, achieving high-speed and high-precision production.
In addition, in terms of welding technology, Le Congwei introduced Omron's AI solder joint quality inspection system. By using the FH-5050-20 controller combined with the FZ-SMX05 camera, more than 50000 images were collected for defect detection. The AI training environment configuration and algorithm framework were completed, achieving a detection speed of up to 0.5 seconds for two solder joints and an accuracy rate of up to 99.64%. This significantly improved welding quality and production efficiency, enhancing enterprise competitiveness.
