On 20th May, a delegation of important Korean customers visited Hansheng Automation's international sales department for a business visit.Mr. Karim, the general manager of Hansheng Automation, led the team to receive them warmly, and the two sides started in-depth discussion on precision drive solutions and high-end parts manufacturing, and visited the company's manufacturing line and technology exhibition centre.
Focusing on core business, demonstrating cutting-edge technical strength
During the meeting, the customer focused on two strategic business segments of Hansheng:
1.Precision reducer and gear system
1) Demonstration of a full range of standardised products: including Cam Indexer, Hollow Rotary Table, Planetary Gearbox and Harmonic Drive.
2) Gear processing capability: supporting the manufacture of micro-precision to medium-sized gears with module 0.1-5, and covering the full size range of processing diameter from 3mm to 300mm.
3) Precision certification: Stable achievement of ISO Class 5, DIN Class 5, GB Class 5 ultra-high precision standards.
4) International project experience: we have delivered high-performance gear components in bulk for global equipment manufacturers in India and Indonesia.
2.Comprehensive casting solutions
1) Industry application: providing key parts casting and finishing services for bottling machinery, tobacco packaging equipment, paper production line.
2) High-end breakthroughs: mass production of special castings such as robot arm structural parts, gearbox housings, motor housings and so on.
3) Advanced process matrix: sand casting / lost foam casting / gravity die casting three major technology systems, supporting five-axis CNC precision milling
Witnessing the whole manufacturing process on the spot
Accompanied by General Manager Karim, the customer went deep into the production workshop of Hansheng:
▶ Visit the precision testing laboratory and witness the gear precision testing process.
▶ Visiting the gravity die casting and vanishing mould casting production line to understand the casting process of robot arm parts.
▶ Observe the 5-axis machining centre to demonstrate the high-gloss milling technology of gearbox shell.
