At 2 pm on July 23, an important customer delegation from Brazil visited our company. This visit was not only a field verification of the previous communication between the two parties, but also a key exchange to deeply understand our technical strength, product precision and manufacturing capabilities. From detailed negotiations in the conference room, to the physical explanation of the product display cabinet, to the equipment inspection in the production workshop, Brazilian customers experienced our company's core competitiveness in the field of precision transmission and mechanical processing. Conference room negotiation: from technical parameters to application scenarios, presenting core capabilities
The Brazilian customer delegation entered the conference room with the warm reception of our team. As soon as they sat down, General Manager Mr. Karim welcomed the guests from afar on behalf of the company, and introduced our core product lines and core services in detail around the core of "high-precision manufacturing".
General Manager Mr. Karim said: "In the field of precision transmission, 'precision' is the lifeline." Subsequently, the technical team elaborated on the precision advantages of our four core transmission products to customers through PPT, product manuals and application case videos:
- Cam Indexer: The standard model can achieve a repeatable positioning accuracy of ±30 arc seconds, and for high-end customized needs, it can break through to ±15 arc seconds.
- Hollow Rotary Table: The standard product has an accuracy of ≤15 arc seconds, and the customized version can reach ≤10 arc seconds.
- Planetary Gearbox: According to the accuracy level, it is divided into three levels: P2, P1, and P0: P2 standard backlash ≤3 arc minutes, P1 precision backlash ≤2 arc minutes, and P0 ultra-precision backlash is as low as ≤1 arc minute.

After the technical exchange in the conference room, the general manager led the customer to the product display cabinet. Unlike the pictures on the PPT and the parameters on the drawings, the real products listed in the display cabinet make "high precision" more intuitive.
In front of the precision gear display cabinet, the customer picked up an ultra-precision gear. Our general manager Mr. Karim introduced to the customer that in terms of precision, this is a very difficult product to make, but we did it, which is precisely the proof of our manufacturing strength. "It's great to be able to achieve this kind of precision, which meets our needs very well", the customer's tone can hardly hide his recognition.
Factory visit: From equipment to process, the support behind "high precision"
Accompanied by the general manager, the customer delegation went deep into the production site and witnessed the high-precision manufacturing equipment and production process up close.
