On June 11th, Hikvision Robotics showcased its "Eye Foot Hand" collaborative product matrix consisting of machine vision, mobile robots, and articulated robots under the theme of "Multidimensional Collaboration, Dual Upgrading of Production Capacity and Quality" at the Shanghai 2025 International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy Conference and Exhibition (SNEC 2025), showcasing multiple intelligent solutions in depth.

Accurate and efficient, worry free detection
01 SC6500 WaferID Identification
The SC6500 Wafer intelligent camera is an innovative product launched by Hikvision Robotics specifically for the semiconductor industry. It is developed based on a high-performance AI embedded platform and integrates a rich multi-color light path system. The bright and dark field illumination can be compatible with different wafer types in different process stages.

Fully automatic transportation, full process traceability
01 Slice Logistics Solution
Hikvision Robot Slices AMR, which can achieve the full process automatic transfer of crystal rods from the adhesive line to the slicer to the debonding machine, and realize the automatic loading and unloading of the slicer.

The whole vehicle uses beacon positioning technology to achieve an accuracy of ± 1mm for the loading and unloading docking of the slicing machine. At the same time, the movement and docking speed can be configured. Under the condition of ensuring stable docking, the slicing machine can complete the empty to full exchange within 3 minutes, greatly improving accuracy and efficiency. At the same time, with the self-developed MCS system, it can achieve full plant level and full process traceability of material information.
Hand eye collaboration helps with flexible production
01 3D visual guidance for loading and unloading of photovoltaic junction boxes
This solution uses a high-precision and highly anti reflective laser galvanometer stereo camera developed by Hikvision Robotics for positioning, combined with an RP robot vision guidance platform to guide the articulated robot to grab scattered and stacked wire harnesses from the material basket. The solution uses instance segmentation+3D point cloud matching to accurately locate junction boxes, combined with intelligent trajectory planning algorithms for intelligent obstacle avoidance, which can greatly enhance system stability, achieve fast positioning and precise grasping, and help photovoltaic module manufacturers achieve efficient and flexible production.
