On December 1, the Urban Construction Fire Affairs Center of Hefei Urban-Rural Development Bureau officially launched the fire protection acceptance work of the city's rail transit line 8, which is also the last comprehensive fire "physical examination" carried out before the operation of line 8. At the same time, the power supply intelligent inspection robot is also "on duty" on the line.
According to reports, Hefei Rail Transit Line 8 is a north-south urban backbone line, starting from Yilijing Station in the south and reaching Beicheng High-speed Railway Station in the north. The total length of the line is 22.5 kilometers, with a total of 12 stations, including 2 transfer stations, and at the north end of the line, there is a Beicheng depot, and there are 2 main substations and 1 section air shaft, a total of 16 buildings. According to the plan, the line will be opened for initial operation by the end of this year. The fire acceptance period lasts for two days, and 8 fire technical experts and 17 fire center business backbone personnel are specially invited to form an acceptance team for the problem of strong professionalism and fine division of labor in rail transit fire protection engineering, which is divided into 4 groups of building structure group and 4 groups of fire protection system group, which will fully cover the inspection of engineering data, safety evacuation, fire protection facilities and fire linkage functions, etc., and go deep into each construction point to carry out on-site "pulse" to ensure the safe and trouble-free online operation of Line 8.
As the first fully automatic operation line in Anhui Province with the highest automation level (GOA4), Line 8 has previously exposed a lot of "black technology", and recently, another new technology - "power supply intelligent inspection robot" was unveiled on the line. "The power supply intelligent inspection robot, also known as the power supply intelligent operation and maintenance system, is set up in the station and the main substation. Compared with the previous line inspection, which required full manual inspection, the intelligent operation and maintenance system of the first phase of the power supply of Line 8 has built a visual, manageable and controllable unattended system of the substation. According to the relevant person in charge of Hefei Rail Group, with this "robot", the inspectors can remotely monitor the equipment in the background, greatly improve the safety of the operation, realize intelligent early warning, and achieve "digital intelligence" equipment operation and maintenance.
According to reports, the power supply intelligent inspection robot can inspect the status of the equipment in the substation along the established track path and according to the set inspection cycle. "On average, each inspection takes about 2 hours, and each inspection is 800~1000 points. It can intelligently identify the fault status through information such as switch identification and indicator status, and then 'view' the fault message and 'record' the fault information. The person in charge told reporters that the fault judgment rate of the power supply intelligent inspection robot is as high as 99.8%. In addition to the daily monitoring work of the staff, such as temperature and humidity measurement, partial discharge monitoring, oxygen and carbon dioxide monitoring, it can also carry out noise monitoring. Through these monitoring data, it is possible to find the abnormal operating environment of the equipment in time, monitor the partial discharge of the equipment, and find the abnormal conditions such as equipment fire and transformer failure in time. "The power supply intelligent inspection robot has a maximum rotation angle of 310°, and the monitoring range can cover almost all substation equipment, and when encountering obstacles, it can also actively stop and avoid.
At present, the intelligent inspection robot has been fully put into use in 11 traction step-down hybrid substations, 2 step-down substations and 3 follow-up stations in the first phase of Line 8. "After it is put into use, the patrol efficiency is increased by 20% compared with the previous line, and it can save about 18 self-maintenance personnel."
