Hansheng Automation has completed the shipment of a batch of custom-shaped cam components to a customer in Indonesia.
Unlike standard cam profiles, irregular or application-specific cams often require close attention to profile geometry, dimensional accuracy, and machining consistency. Based on the customer's drawings and technical requirements, Hansheng Automation manufactured the customized cam components according to the specified design and production requirements.
Before shipment, the completed parts were inspected to verify critical dimensions, profile accuracy, and overall machining quality, helping ensure smooth integration into the customer's equipment.
In addition to custom cam components, Hansheng Automation supports precision machining and customized components for a wide range of applications, including yacht components, remote-controlled racing car components, tobacco machinery components, and other specialized industrial equipment.
