Moving back to 2022, Jieka Robot made its debut at the Hanover Industrial Exhibition. Within two years, from cooperation to independent exhibition, from 4 sets to over 10+applications, over 10+joint exhibition enterprises, and the first domestic collaborative robot enterprise to officially obtain SRCI certification, Jieka Robotics has continuously increased its participation in world-class industrial exhibitions, which is inseparable from its confidence and confidence in its core technology innovation and research and development.
At this exhibition, the JAKAZu20 new product showcased by Jieka Robotics is an expansion of the Jieka family and a new benchmark for 20KG collaborative robots forged with extraordinary quality. At the same load level, JAKAZu20 has upgraded its safety protection, motion control, and joint ratio technology to provide an extremely safe and agile operating experience in high demand scenarios such as stacking, handling, and loading and unloading, with a maximum end speed of 3m/s, 10 minute rapid deployment, 1780mm long arm span, and ± 0.05mm repeated positioning accuracy. With top-notch technical strength, JAKAZu20 has created a "perfect hexagonal warrior", reducing raw material consumption and product maintenance costs, and helping enterprises achieve efficient and low consumption production.
The launch of JAKAZu20 marks another self iteration of the Zu series of Jieka robots. JAKAZu20 is a product that Jieka robots have responded to market demand, created with comprehensive performance and core competitive advantages, allowing customers to use it more efficiently, comprehensively, and worry free. The emergence of JAKAZu20 demonstrates the determination of Jieka robots to focus on customer needs and promote automation upgrades through technological innovation.
The international strong chain continues to expand, and Siemens officially announced that the festival card robot has become the first collaborative robot manufacturer in China to obtain SRCI (Standard Robot Command Interface) certification. This exhibition showcased the application of adhesive for automotive large workpieces adapted to SRCI, which is easy to operate, efficient, and fast. SRCI is a new standard for PLC controlled robots defined by Siemens, which allows for direct programming and control of robots within the PLC. Given that the automation production lines of leading international new energy and automotive manufacturers are usually implemented using PLCs, the card saving robots are compatible with SRCI standards, which means integrating into the supply chain system of international leading industrial users. This can create ultra high value for global customers with faster integration, higher usability, lower usage costs, more space saving data storage, and wider application functions. Exhibiting such forward-looking and standardized collaborative solutions on the international stage also reflects the achievements of Jieka Robotics in building an open ecosystem and promoting industry technology sharing, adding more certainty to Jieka Robotics' long-term global development.
The industrial ecology varies from place to place, and every globalization requires localization to achieve. Product quality, stable supply capacity, and mature solution experience are the key to Jieka Robotics continuously breaking through well-known customers at home and abroad. Based on mastering core technologies, Jieka Robotics collaborates with local upstream and downstream ecological partners in the industrial chain to create solutions that meet the needs of local customers and the industrial system. At this exhibition, Jieka Robotics, along with local integrators and component suppliers such as OnRobot, Schweiger, OrbitalService, Nexos, Theilinger, etc., presented applications such as automated loading and unloading, TIG welding, and educational training boxes. The safe, flexible, fast deployment, and stable operation of collaborative robots attracted the attention of many exhibiting customers.
Robots are essentially technology that requires continuous self questioning based on customer industry, time, and other dimensions, and the answer writer is the future market. Jieka Robotics adheres to the talent concept of "doing global things with global people", establishes branches and service teams in Germany, Japan, the United States, Malaysia and other places, collaborates at home and abroad to ensure timely response to global customer needs, and pushes product iteration backwards based on real feedback from frontline customers. "We have seen a demand for higher and more effective load capacity for collaborative robots from European customers and partners, so we have provided feedback to the Shanghai R&D team and are pleased to learn that Chinese customers have similar needs," said Wolfgang Lienke, regional head of Jieka Robotics in Europe.
Ka Robotics will continue to forge ahead with a spirit of change, stay grounded in the process of breaking new ground, continuously break through barriers in collaborative robot technology, drive innovative development in the industrial ecosystem, provide more efficient and sustainable services to global customers, build long-term competitive advantages for global industrial enterprises, and jointly create a sustainable future for industry.
