On May 29th, 2024, the China (Guangzhou) International Logistics Equipment and Technology Exhibition (LET) grandly opened. In the early summer, we reunited again in Guangzhou, where Xiangong Intelligence was full of enthusiasm and brought new products with sincerity to the event.
Xian Gong Intelligence, in collaboration with ecological partners such as Linde, An Kunli, and Jing Zhi, has jointly released 11 series of new products, covering three major fields: mobile robot chassis, lifting robots, and intelligent forklifts, creating a professional and diverse vehicle library equipped with Xian Gong Intelligence core controllers. Three new products were unveiled on site, and the C16 Xiangong Intelligent Robot Dynamic Exhibition Area in Hall 18.1 was bustling and attracted countless viewers.
1. Flagship universal platform, preferred for flexible expansion
AMB-CSW04 is an unmanned transportation chassis launched by Xiangong Intelligence in 2024, equipped with an entry-level controller SRC-880. This product adopts Xiangong Intelligence's family design language and has outstanding performance in appearance, size, product performance, applicability, and other aspects. It can meet the non-standard installation needs of more robots and is a universal car making platform with a super high cost performance ratio of tens of thousands of yuan. It is an excellent partner for customers to manufacture various types of mobile robots.
The body size of AMB-CSW04 is 810 * 545 * 228mm, with a rated load capacity of 400kg. While maintaining the same compact model, the download weight capacity has increased by more than 1.6 times, making it more widely used in more transportation scenarios.
The installation surface of AMB-CSW04 is only 185mm above the ground, and its superior body design meets more non-standard installation requirements such as lifting, rollers, robotic arms, hidden traction, and pan tilt. In practical applications, it is more flexible and easy to use.
In terms of safety, AMB-CSW04 achieves 360 ° protection for the entire vehicle, with front and rear safety contacts and dual laser standard configuration. The maximum detection range of the front navigation laser is 40m, and the maximum detection range of the rear obstacle avoidance laser is 25m; The front of the vehicle supports optional 3D obstacle avoidance camera components, which can detect potholes and obstacles, ensuring safe driving.
AMB-CSW04 supports pure laser SLAM navigation and hybrid navigation with SLAM as the main component and QR code/reflector as the auxiliary. It can match corresponding navigation schemes according to scene requirements, and the repeated positioning accuracy can reach ± 2mm. At this exhibition, AMB-CSW04 demonstrated high-precision repeated positioning on site.
2. Latent Top Up Series, Ultimate Cost Performance
Due to its compact size and high flexibility, stealth lifting robots have always been popular and widely used in logistics processes such as e-commerce sorting, material transportation, and call delivery. Xiangong Intelligent SJV Latent Jacking Series has launched four new products, divided into two load levels:
400kg: SJV-CSK04-KJ, SJV-CSL04-KJ
600kg: SJV-CSK06-YF, SJV-CSL06-YF
The CSL series adopts a standard lifting structure design, with a thinner lifting mechanism (only 250mm at the thinnest), meeting basic latent lifting needs and providing higher cost-effectiveness in simple scenarios; The CSK series adopts a rotating lifting structure design, supporting lifting follow-up function and providing smoother steering.
The new SJV series products are equipped with highly cost-effective SRC-880 controllers, achieving both functionality and performance at a lower cost. The SRC-880 has a compact body but complete interface, which not only meets the small and lightweight requirements of the latent lifting robot, but also provides more possibilities for functional expansion, meeting the needs of complex handling scenarios.
The SJV series new products are equipped with dual lasers at the front and back, supporting 3D visual obstacle avoidance and 5m wide area safety protection; Standard with fast charging, the battery can reach 80% after 1 hour of charging, and the 8-hour range is worry free.
In this exhibition, the SJV latent lifting series exhibits are the most popular star product of the Industrial Expo. The laser SLAM rotary lifting and handling robot SJV-SW600 returned to the venue to demonstrate the handling of irregular pallets on site.
3. Intelligent forklift series, multi-dimensional transport tool
On the basis of existing forklift products, Xiangong Intelligence has recently launched six new SFL series products, further expanding the application diversity of 1.4-3T handling, stacking, and balancing forklifts. The full series of high-end configurations are more intelligent, stable, and efficient, meeting more complex handling needs.

The SFL series of new products are equipped with AI deep learning algorithms, which support adaptive recognition and fork picking of pallets with multiple specifications, colors, wrapping and film covering, and surface damage, ensuring stable picking and unloading, greatly improving environmental adaptability and robustness. The entire series comes standard with dual spring shock absorbers and boost cylinders for driving wheels, avoiding slipping problems in various scenarios and ensuring the reliability and stability of the entire vehicle.
The SFL series of new products provides more independent and flexible customized services, supporting various optional solutions such as laser navigation, pallet recognition, 3D obstacle avoidance, etc. It also provides customized details such as fork width and length, body color, logo, etc. for large-scale products.
It is worth mentioning that the three types of handling forklifts have achieved extreme optimization in body size and turning radius, making them more suitable for handling narrow and dense spaces. The minimum turning radius of SFL-CBD16-S is only 1329mm, while SFL-CBD20 and SFL-CBD30 are 1360mm, which is about 200mm less than the same series SFL-CBD15.
At this exhibition, two new forklift products, SFL-CDD15 and SFL-CBD16-S, were introduced. Together with AMB-CSW04 and SJV-SW600, a joint operation demonstration was conducted through the RDS unified resource scheduling system.
