On the afternoon of September 3, 2024, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Dongguan City, together with the Human Resources and Social Security Branch of Hengli Town and various departments of the High Training Center, conducted a comprehensive and in-depth research on the current skilled talent policy and industry development needs of the Dongguan Machinery and Mold Industry Association.
In the research, I will say that the current skilled talent policy has played a positive role in promoting the development of the mold industry, but there is still room for further improvement. It is suggested that the government can increase its support for the introduction and cultivation of high skilled talents, especially by providing more policy support in areas such as children's education, healthcare, and housing subsidies. At the same time, we hope that the government can promote school enterprise cooperation, jointly build training bases, and achieve deep integration between education and industry.
The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Dongguan City and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Hengli Town attach great importance to the opinions of the association and member units, and express that they will carefully review and study them, actively adopt reasonable suggestions, further improve the policy of skilled talents, and provide strong guarantees for the sustainable and healthy development of the mold industry. This survey not only deepened the government's understanding of the current situation of the mold industry, but also provided important references for future policy formulation and service optimization.
