In order to meet the high precision process requirements, Delta LPL micro linear motor module innovation has been launched. This is a linear motion module that integrates a linear motor, optical ruler, force sensor, small rotary servo motor, encoder, slide rail, and frame.


Extremely lightweight, light and agile


Delta LPL is exquisitely designed and highly integrated. The thinnest model is only 12mm wide, with a minimum linear and rotational width of 13mm; And the linear motor directly converts electrical energy into linear motion, which reduces mechanical wear and energy loss compared to the traditional "servo motor+ball screw" two in one design. The no-load acceleration exceeds 6g, improving the overall efficiency of the system.


Precise control of subtle power


The precision of force control is highly required during Z-axis motion. Excessive or insufficient force can lead to component damage or poor assembly.


Delta LPL adopts high-precision force sensors and advanced control algorithms to achieve subtle force control (within a minimum of 0.1N and a repeatability of ± 0.5%), ensuring that the force of each operation step is within a safe range.


High precision positioning and timely feedback


The Delta LPL has a built-in linear optical ruler with a resolution of 0.5um and a rotary encoder with a resolution of 20 bits, which can achieve precise feedback on the Z-axis motion position, ensuring that the components can be accurately placed in the predetermined position;


By improving the rigidity and stability of the mechanical structure, the positioning accuracy can also be further enhanced.
