- In order to achieve the strict tolerance required for cutting edges, we use precision grinding machines to strictly control the machining accuracy within ± 0.005mm.
- For complex contour machining, our Seibu Wire Electric Discharge Machine (WEDM) M50B ensures extremely precise molding, allowing it to be seamlessly installed on customers' HLP2 machines.
Advanced Heat Treatment
To maximize the service life of the D2 steel cutting roller, we perform Vacuum Quenching on the component. This advanced heat treatment process effectively prevents surface oxidation and minimizes dimensional distortion. After treatment, the cutting rollers achieve an ideal hardness of HRC 60-62, resulting in exceptional toughness and wear resistance.
