Hansheng Automation has completed the shipment of a batch of custom reducer flanges to the Dixie Industrial Area in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
These flanges were manufactured based on the customer's drawings and application requirements. The production process began with casting to form the basic flange structure, followed by precision machining of the key mounting surfaces, holes, and connection features to achieve the required dimensions and fit.
Before shipment, the finished components were inspected according to the specified drawing requirements to ensure that the machined features and overall dimensions were suitable for integration with the customer's reducer assembly.
