Intelligent matching of point cloud data with product digital models, generating a distribution map with polishing trajectories, and automatic correction of fixture positioning deviation by error compensation system

 

Based on deep learning to distinguish product types, call different process parameters, and dynamically prioritize polishing areas

 

Match the process parameter library with the tool dynamics model (grinding wheel diameter/speed/abrasive particle size) to generate the optimal continuous motion path in terms of time

 

02/Intelligent portable welding robot

 

A graphical welding programming system with a built-in welding process expert library, supporting groove adaptation and weld bead fine-tuning functions, and supporting multiple arc forms

 

Based on high-order dynamic algorithms and TrueMotion path planning technology, achieve robot linear trajectory accuracy<0.5mm, and X, Y, Z axis direction gun winding error<0.8mm

 

Based on OptiMotion motion control technology, the robot can run at high speed without slowing down. Global vibration suppression technology is adopted to ensure that the gun does not shake during high-speed firing
