From March 3rd to 6th, as a contracted ecological partner of Huawei Cloud in the field of embodied intelligent robots, DaZu Robotics was invited to attend the 2025 Mobile World Congress (MWC 2025) held in Barcelona, Spain, and jointly demonstrated the Embodied Al Factory solution (i.e. embodied intelligent AI flexible production line), rigid component dynamic insertion application, and E05 Pro trajectory reproduction technology on site.
In this exhibition, the embodied intelligent AI flexible production line jointly launched by Huawei Cloud, Dazu Robotics, and Hualong Xunda has a grand scale, fully simulating the complex "embodied intelligent collaborative operation reality" in real industrial scenarios. Among them, Huawei Cloud, the OpenHarmony based Hualong Industrial Operating System, and the domestically produced large-scale PLC (JIC PLC 8010) serve as the "brain" of this production line. DaZu robots seamlessly connect with it, accurately executing various instructions issued by the "brain" to complete processes such as loading and unloading, handling, stacking, and inspection. The intelligent interconnection and instant response between the entire production line and various units contribute to the true realization of industrial intelligence and unmanned operation.

The dynamic insertion and installation application of rigid components is an AI technology application example jointly created by DaZu Robotics and Huawei Cloud. It has participated in Huawei's fully connected conference (Shanghai Station, Paris Station) and the 26th High Tech Fair, and of course, it has achieved large-scale implementation and application. It is reported that this product is mainly used in the insertion and precision component assembly scenarios in the 3C product line. Through the combination of cloud intelligence and real-time collaboration of models such as force sensing and vision, it improves the operational accuracy of collaborative robots from millimeter level to hundred microns. The success rate of dynamic insertion of rigid components reaches 99.99%, and its assembly speed is more efficient and fast than manual labor, with an average completion time of only 7-8 seconds.
The trajectory reproduction technology based on E05 Pro focuses on showcasing the strength of DaZu robots in force control algorithms, high-precision trajectory algorithms, and other aspects. When the on-site operator manually drags the robotic arm, the point position, motion speed, acceleration and other information of the robotic arm moving in space will be captured and recorded in real time. The robotic arm will accurately reproduce the above trajectory based on these data. In the field of automated spraying, this manual drag teaching function is very useful. It can solve the problem of "programming difficulty" and make robots "more human like".
The application of embodied intelligence accelerates the application of artificial intelligence, bringing exciting new changes and transformations to related industries such as collaborative robots. DaZu Robotics will continue to deepen its ecological collaboration with Huawei Cloud, using embodied intelligence as the core engine to deposit industry know-how on Huawei Cloud, and continue to explore and jointly create intelligent scenarios for industrial manufacturing output value.
