On June 28, 2025, the first-ever 3v3 AI robot soccer tournament in China-the 2025 RoBoLeague China Robot Soccer League Final-concluded at the Beijing Smart Esports Arena. The Tsinghua University Huoshen Team defeated the China Agricultural University Shanhai Team with a score of 5-3, securing the championship trophy. As the first test event for the 2025 World Humanoid Robot Games, this competition marked the first instance of fully AI-driven autonomous competition: all participating "Accelerate T1" humanoid robots operated without human intervention, capable of autonomously performing actions such as passing and shooting, and even achieving the breakthrough "self-standing after falling" technology, demonstrating motor skills comparable to those of a 5-year-old child.

In the final, the Fire God Team's performance of scoring two goals in the first minute sparked a viral sensation online. They ultimately advanced with a 9-3 victory over the Blaze Guangzhi Team from Beijing University of Information Science and Technology, setting up a showdown with the Shanhai Team. The tournament adopted an optimized intelligent penalty system, reducing game interruptions by 40% and ensuring smooth, uninterrupted competition, attracting 136 million viewers to watch the live broadcast. The tournament organizers revealed that they plan to develop "Robot Super League" and other tournament IPs, with the goal of having robot teams challenge human professional teams by 2050, driving the penetration of humanoid robot technology into industrial and civilian applications.
