What is nitriding treatment?
Nitriding treatment is a heat treatment process that forms a high hardness and high wear resistant nitride layer by infiltrating nitrogen atoms into the metal surface. Suitable for materials such as steel, cast iron, titanium alloys, etc., it significantly improves the fatigue strength, corrosion resistance, and bite resistance of components while maintaining the toughness of the substrate.

Our nitriding treatment technology
1. Gas Nitriding
Temperature range: 500-580 ℃
Depth of infiltration layer: 0.1-0.6mm
Applicable materials: alloy steel (such as 4140, 4340), mold steel (H13)
2. Plasma Nitriding
Low temperature process (350-450 ℃) to reduce deformation
Precise control of infiltration layer, suitable for complex geometric parts
Environmentally friendly and pollution-free, compliant with RoHS standards
3. Salt bath nitriding (QPQ)
Composite treatment (nitriding+oxidation), combining wear resistance and corrosion resistance
