Heavy-duty stable transmission
The axial bearing capacity of the output shaft is up to 520kgf (C1), and can withstand a total load of ≤300kg including tooling. In the 10-station turntable of the paper cup machine, it can stably support 10 sets of cup molds (3kg per set) + the turntable's own weight (50kg), and run continuously for 800 hours without accuracy degradation.
2. Precision positioning control
It has a ±30-second indexing accuracy to ensure that each positioning deviation is ≤0.01mm, which is suitable for the hole alignment requirements of machine tool drilling/milling (such as multi-station processing of engine parts); its low-friction cam design supports 30 high-frequency indexing per minute, meeting the high-speed beat requirements of medical packaging machines (such as syringe assembly).

It can be used as a substitute for the CAMCO RA series to reduce the cost of transformation; it supports customization of 500-800mm diameter indexing plates (materials can be aluminum/steel), achieves ±0.03mm tolerance through lost foam casting process, and adapts to special station layout requirements (such as the 10-station aluminum turntable customized by Indonesian customers).

A customer from Indonesia consulted us about the DT series rotary indexing machine. As paper cup manufacturers, they hope to improve the automation and production efficiency of paper cup manufacturing machines to meet their order requirements. In our specific conversation with the customer, we learned about their specific working conditions.
