How to install this product?
How to install hollow shaft reducer?
Firstly, when customizing the mechanical equipment mounting plate, it is necessary to reserve a motor outlet and mounting hole on the mounting plate to expose the motor part of the hollow rotating platform. Secondly, as illustrated below, attach the hollow shaft reducer on the mechanical equipment mounting plate using the two positioning pin holes. The hollow shaft reducer is then securely fixed to the mounting plate using workers.(As seen below.)

How to install load on hollow shaft reducer?
To install the load, use the six mounting screw holes on the hollow shaft reducer's turntable.The turntable of the hollow rotating platform has two pin holes for installing loads, which can be utilized to locate the load. The positioning pins must be firmly fixed on the load.

How to attach motors to Hollow Shaft Reducer?

Step 1
First confirm whether the motor and turntable are in good condition.
Check whether the connection size between the motor and the rotating platform is correct, and wipe the mating surfaces of the two clean.
Step 2
Remove the original flat key on the motor.


Step 3
Determine the motor shaft diameter, If a shaft sleeve is required please install it into the force hole first and align it with the notch of the locking ring.
Step 4
Take out the plug, adjust the input shaft locking ring so that the tightening screw is aligned with the plug hole, and insert an Allen key.


Step 5
Connect the motor vertically to the rotating platform naturally, and no beating is allowed.
To prevent excessive axial force from damaging bearings or gears.
Step 6
In order to ensure uniform force, please screw up the installation screws at the diagonal position 1, 3 first, but do not tighten; then screw the two diagonal installation screws 2, 4. Finally, tighten the four mounting screws one by one.


Step 7
Tighten the screws tightly. If there are two holding screws, please tighten them evenly and symmetrically.
Step 8
Replace the plug.

A: The standard warranty period is 20 months (from the date of receipt), and non-intentionally damaged parts are replaced free of charge during the warranty period.
Q: How can I test whether the positioning accuracy of a hollow shaft reducer meets the standard?
A: We recommend using a laser interferometer or a high-precision goniometer: Mount the test device on a turntable and repeatedly position the same angle multiple times. Record the deviation each time. If the maximum deviation is ≤±10 arc seconds (for the HRT200JS model), the accuracy standard is met.
